2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Trotii. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you're under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your Account

  • You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You're responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • One person, one account - don't create multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Trotii responsibly. This means you will not:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful
  • Share content that sexualizes minors in any way
  • Post spam, scams, or misleading content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Violate others' privacy or share personal information without consent
  • Attempt to hack, exploit, or compromise the App's security
  • Use automated systems (bots) to interact with the App
  • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App

5. Content Guidelines

Your Content

When you post polls, images, or comments ("User Content"):

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant Trotii a license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the App
  • You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the content
  • You understand that other users can see and interact with your content

Content Removal

We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful or inappropriate. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

The Trotii app, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our app without permission.

7. Privacy

8. Third-Party Services

Trotii uses third-party services for functionality (like authentication and storage). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for third-party services.

Trotii is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

  • The App will be available at all times
  • The App will be error-free
  • The accuracy of any user-generated content
  • That the App will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trotii and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trotii and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

11. Changes & Termination

You can stop using Trotii at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
